Cancellation 

The buyer shall not be entitled to cancel / exchange / return & refund the order once placed. Please note that each art is made to order, which means we start working on your art after you place your order. Due to this reason, we offer exchange only in exceptional cases.

Return / Refund / Exchange 

If you happen to receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours, and we will initiate the exchange. Only after receiving the following details-

Pls note that the exchange will only be initiated once the product is received in unused condition.
